Clear terms, before you ride

Payment policy

All bookings are subject to payment upfront. Payment is due within 48 hours after receiving booking confirmation and speaking with a representative or the owner.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations by the client prior to a paid booking incur a $35 cancellation fee, or an 18% last-minute cancellation fee of the total booking trip.

All cancellations are reviewed based on the reason provided. We understand emergencies happen — we just need an explanation.
